My opponent this week, actually. I made the mistake of playing the Chiefs last week figuring Seneca and Maurice wouldn't amount to anything. Didn't work out so well. Hopefully they work just as hard to beat the Raiders for my sake.

Dude, I'm thinking the same thing.
The Raiders D has actually been causing some turnovers and is pretty good against the pass. Djax is all gimpy and S Wallace is a wild card. Plus it is going to be all windy and rainy.

I had the KC def this week...waiver wire pickins were slim. I did drop KC Def and picked up Oak Def and i am starting them with confidence!!

Use Oakland's defense only when they are at home against a struggling offense.
I don't see a good spot to use them again the rest of the year, with the exception of the Week 13 game against Houston. Look at the schedule and you'll see what I mean. They've played great, granted, but that ship has sailed.

D scoring is so league specific, it is hard to fault a fantasy start for just about any D.
If low yardage is rewarded well, often scoring D is also rewarded well - and the Raiders are averaging 21 pts given up per game - they also don't get many sacks.
They have low yardage and decent number of TOs working for them, and, IIRC, the #1 pass D in the league.
