Ned, nice job! I'll say again you sound like you're exactly where I was about 8 months ago when I was training for my first HM. How did that last mile feel - were you totally spent or did you still have a little left in the tank?

Wraith, I'd suggest that you be careful with your race calendar. A spring marathon will put a crimp in your base training for tri's ...April/May will be heavy running, then recovery, if you do a May marathon. It will be challenging to gear up for early tri's after that. Then again, since we both know we're both itching to compete against each other in a tri ...go ahead. Because then we'll both be dealing with the spring marathon dynamics.
