9mi w/ 7x800 @ 5K today. I wasn't sure what to expect after just doing 20 on Sunday, but holy crap. I don't even know who I am any more.
Goal was to keep intervals around 5K PR pace (3:10 half miles). I wasn't sure exactly what my paces were since the motactv workout screens are a bit funky when you program the intervals.... So I went by feel. I hit a "wall" at interval 5 when most of it was on a slight uphill. Little did I know I was running way under pace for the first 4. It's stupid that my last 2, that hurt like a #####, were the only 2 to be on goal pace. Those first 4?
