The bicycle guy thread is pretty funny, you cyclists sure piss off a lot of people

. It made me think of running etiquette and I have a few questions. I always run against traffic and some of my routes have lots of side streets or parking lots that cars pull out of. Drivers don't always look right when turning right and I fully expect to do a hood/windshield roll at some point. If I make eye contact with driver I will run in front of them, if I can't make eye contact I loop behind their car. What is the proper thing to do in this situation?
Also, I disregard most crosswalk signs if the coast is clear at intersections with traffic lights, unless of course johnny law is around. Is this kosher?
