So how bad must Welker really be ailing if Moss is playing with a back so bad "he can barely lift his hands over his head" while Welker is not able to go?
And so Moss was on a short leash. One false move, and he would have been gone. Indeed, rumors snaked through the league in early September of that year that Moss possibly was in danger of being released. Though no one took the rumors seriously, the intended audience consisted of one person.

Why would anyone read a site that breaks more major NFL stories than any other news outlet, or that combines with NBCSports to produce some of the best football coverage on the web?
I'll bet PFT closes up shop any day now. I don't think many people read it anymore.
I think we saw on the first deep ball that got knocked away in the endzone that Moss wasn't able to do his usual jump ball thing. Probably is going to limit his use around the RZ too.
Moss is a soldier. With Welker out and Moss playing hurt, my mis-coached Falcons still played the pass last Sunday, instead of the run, and Belecheat ate us for lunch
