The "Offense Strengths" shows how we calculate each of the 32 teams on a relative scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the strongest offensive team (i.e. NE & Indy). I will get a consensus from the Forum board and use these to populate the Defensive Team By Committee matrix for 2009. Just assign a strength from 1 to 10 to each team (the curve should have more teams in the 4-7 range):
