Simple question... how do you rank Kevin Jones, Cedric Benson, Travis Henry, Shaun Alexander, LaMont Jordan* and Ron Dayne for 2008 and beyond for dynasty purposes?

*assumes Jordan gets cut

5 of these guys might be able to help you at some point with injury fill-in, etc. One won't.

KJ is the only one. I'd do anything possible to get him in all dynasty leagues as I've even seen him on the WW. I just have a feeling he will go to a good situation and produce this year and when you can get him close to nothing, you might as well.

So it's been 3 weeks and no movement anywhere on these FAs. Is anyone in a dynasty even still carrying Henry?

We're at a pass here and it seems like you either eat him for a long time until you get any type of positive news about him signing with a team or you cut bait now. Then you just hope he doesn't come back this year or next (on someone else's roster) to produce serviceable or "in a jam" type of RB #'s that sometimes can help a team out late in the season after injuries or duds surface. I kinda feel cutting bait now and taking a chance on a younger upside player is the way to go. How much is he really going to help your dynasty team, that's what I keep pondering? If spots are semi-tight, how does rostering older troubled players not even on a team seem smart? Even if he does land somewhere he will be eased in, given a trial period, probably amongst 2-3 other RBs and probably on a bad team. When he plays, does Henry's skill still warrant a dynasty spot right now?
