1) Lee Evans. This guy is a stud waiting to happen. If the offense improves, which it probably will, he has the potential to put up top WR numbers.

2) Braylon. I worry about anybody coming off an injury like he has. But he has upside to spare. He was starting to look really good before he got hurt.

3) Branch. A solid veteran. I don't see much potential for him to break out in a big way, though, with the way Brady spreads the ball around.

4) TJ Houshmanzadah. 2nd fiddle to CJ and questions about the QB position. At least he seems well established as the #2 WR and he has been productive.

5) Burleson. I am not really sold that he will be the clear #2 WR in SEA. Even if he is, he will be behind both DJ and SA in opportunities. He did show flashes his rookie year, so there is some chance he could break out.

6) Javon Walker. A headcase with a bum leg going to a run-first offense. I'll pass, thank you.

In a redraft league:

1. Branch - #1 WR in a good offense

2. Housh - Will be productive as long as Palmer comes back healthy

3. Evans - Awful situation. I don't think he's really a #1 but he'll be put in that position

4. Burleson - I don't know what happened last year, but I don't have any confidence in him right now

5. Walker - won't be fully recovered from his injury

6. Edwards - ditto

:lmao: Braylon at 2 and Walker at 6.

Walker - has been a #1 wr and thrived. Injury is a concern but has the best talent

Branch - #1 wr, good offense, will have feast/famine weeks

Evans - will inherit #1 role, has shown glimpses but being the #1 is much different than the #2

Burleson - solid #2 on a good offense

TJ - solid #2 on good offense (if I knew Palmer was there the whole year I'd bump him over Burleson)

Braylon - talented but has no track record compared against the others...

Wow - talk about a bunch of guys I DO NOT like. Being a large proponent of risk mitigation I probably only want to take a flyer on 1 of these guys at most. I'd hate to be reliant on any of them beyond a WR3, and being that none of my leagues run that deep..... you see where I'm going, so in order of preference as a bench with upside.

Branch - WR1 on a winning team, but they really spread it around and they run first at the goal line. Probably the safest bet to move into the WR2 tier IF he gets the targets. Some goose eggs are a given.

Walker - Adding Walker to the Denver O makes them MUCH better. I'd say mid-season, once he adjusts to the new O and gains some playing strength, you could get some great production out of Walker.

Burleson - Excelled as a WR2, struggled as a WR1. Well he is back to the WR2 role with a better team, O, QB, and coach. Nice sleeper here. Holmgren LOVES to throw at the goal line.

TJ - Palmer's health is a huge ??? and his coach is a run first guy at the goal line.

Edwards - Showed some flashes last year, but speed is his strength and he was hurt late which could linger into 2006. Frye is unproven. They are at the bottom of a TOUGH defensive division.

Evans - Have not seen anything from this guy yet that makes him anything more than a deep sleeper. Since he may be the WR1 he could be a nice late round grab who would outscore his draft slot.

I remember Rod Smith finishing top 5 a few years ago on that run first team. And if I recall Shannon Sharpe did pretty well catching the ball. I think the reason they have been so run first the last couple of years is because after Rod Smith they had nobody to throw to. Lelie sure hasn't stepped up....

REDRAFT

1. Javon Walker

2. TJ Houshmanzadeh

3. Deion Branch

4. Lee Evans

5. Nate Burleson

6. Braylon

DYNASTY:

1. Javon Walker

2. Lee Evans

3. Braylon

4. Deion Branch

5. TJ Houshmanzadeh (more a sign of how much I expect from the others than not liking Housh)

6. Nate Burleson

Well, maybe I am a disgruntled Packer fan, too. Realistically, I agree he deserves to be higher. :hot:
