Ranking Stud RB's in PPR (1 Viewer)

right now leaning towards bush as the last of the group.

Alexander's lack of receptions scare me, otherwise I think he would be the clear cut choice out of the group.

Westbrook would be the choice, but he doesn't get a ton of TD's and has durability issues.

What do you guys think?

Addia

Bush

Gore

Parker

Westbrook (bump if stays healthy, don't know if it's worth the risk)

Alexander

(Only if 1 pt per rec.)

If it's 1/2 point per rec.

Gore

Addia

Alexander

Parker

Bush

Westbrook

Addia - It looks like he will be the man back there, and that probably means a good amount of catches. The #1 in Indy is gold.

Westbrook - In PPR, he is a stud. His health is a concern, but if you can deal with that risk, you know he is going to put up a load of points. He is the only one on this list who has a great track record (more than one year) in PPR leagues.

Gore - Would like to see him do it again before I take him over Westbrook.

Parker - See above -

Bush - See above - and with Deuce still around and looking pretty good, Bush just may not see enough balls to beat out the guys above

Alexander - Just doesn't catch balls. If he gets back to scoring TD's, he will still perform, but all these other guys will catch way more balls than him.

Reggie Bush catching 80 balls = how many td's???????

I would say Reggie has a stuuuuuupid lead over Alexander out of the gate. No way he catches Bush in a PPR league (sorry for the pun)

After seeing Bush improve his running abilities and NO's habit of throwing to him he's definitely #2 if not #1 from that list.

I wouldn't take Westbrook over him just because of health issues, I have more faith in Bush playing a full season.

Bush in a PPR league is the way to go... Westy is also the big receiver. Addai and Gore and Parker follow. Alexander catches three balls every other week... like Rudi he loses a few spots at least.

 Westbrook injury is certainly a concern, but he's the only one proven year over year.

Alexander is supposed to be catching more balls this year, BTW.

last yr in my lg, where there is 0.5 ppr, Bush was the #10 rb at season's end. there is no way he doesnt outperform last yr based on being more knowing about the game, another yr with payton & brees. bush could be a top 5 rb in ppr.

How would you rank the following guys in a re-draft PPR league and why?AlexanderGoreWestbrookAddaiParkerBushTIA
Addai-BushGoreParkerWestbrookAlexanderAddai, Gore and Westbrook are all guaranteed to produce high point totals if healthy. I base this on the fact not only have the produced in the past but they all catch a lot of passes which means even if they play a good defense or a have o-line problems it won't matter because they will get your points anyway. While Addai had a few injury issues in college and is certainly an injury risk since he has never carried a full load I rate his injury risk far below Gore who has had several major injuries and Westbrook who can't complete a 16 game season and from a pure production standpoint he is on the best offense. Ironically he may what I consider the least talented back in this group but I still rate him the highest.Bush is ahead of Gore for the injury issue as well and for the way he finished last season. I also view Bush as having a low injury risk since he does not take a pounding with his running style.Parker is over Westbrook due to Westbrooks injury concern. Of all these players I'd put Westbrooks PPG #2 but he has the worst injury history which is why he drops so much. I do think the Steelers o-line will be weaker this season but I also think Parker will play a larger part in the passing offense.Alexander simply does not catch passes which is fine when he's running for 1600+ yards and scoring a bunch of TD's but those things are going to be harder for him to do this year than in years past. This year we might see Alexander produce Rudi like numbers of around 1300-1400 yards and 12-14 TD's but with little involvement in the passing game. In PPR leagues that usually won't put you in the top 10.
