I'm not sure what is going on, but from what I recall about the rape allegations is they were bs.  He didn't use a condom or something so they said he raped her.  Some weird Swedish law or something.

Without regard to anything else he's done, I always thought those charges were bogus. The accusations by 2 different women were made only after the 2 women had met and talked about Assange. Suddenly, charges. The charges were also dropped by one Swedish prosecutor, then revived by another one.
