Yo, had my draft this past weekend, have already made 3 trades picking up some picks and players. There are 12 teams, I was the 11th pick, full point PPR (full scoring below my lineup). Lineup is 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 3 FLEX, 1 K, 1 DEF. Bench has 10 slots, Taxi has 6. Let me know y'all's thoughts and feelings, would love to hear any strategies I should adopt going forward. I think I have a good shot at the title this year and feel pretty secure about my future, especially given my stockpile of picks and young talent. Can include the squads of who I think the sharks/threats in my league are. Here's the squad:

QB - can't really get any better

RB - Nice top 2 and Jones can be serviceable but could use some depth

WR - Ok group but don't have a cornerstone.  Could use a true WR1.

TE - Could use help here.  Probably weakest spot 

K & Def - who cares.....they are the same.

Thanks! I'm thinking of moving on A.J. Brown. I'm still getting used to trade values and such because this is my first year doing a dynasty league. I don't know what I should aim to give up for him (the guy who has him right now values him way high). The same guy also has D.K. Metcalf, who he has put on the trade block but also wants a lot for. Should I target him even though he may not be a true WR1?

Both of those guys are good acquisitions however most owners want to get overpaid for them.  I might do it for Metcalf (who is likely cheaper to get than Brown) but I see Metcalf taking a huge step up this year and he has the much better QB.  AJ Brown worries me because he doesn't get volume or consistent touches.  He is a threat to break any touch for a TD but the volume means if he doesn't break one he doesn't help you.  That is a bit of worry for me......especially when you will have to pay a premium to get him.

RB: Depth is a big issue here, you're counting on ROJO finally breaking out and I wouldn't want to count on that

WR: Lacking a true #1. There is a lot of hype on Diontae Johnson, you might be able to pair him with Woods for a significant upgrade, but also look out for developmental guys. Getting Brown or Metcalf will cost a lot, but maybe you can get guys like Bryan Edwards for cheap.
