Legitimate Contender. You need to upgrade your TE and QB to be a powerhouse in a 10 team league. 

I really like Fitz this year. And Fournette. Zay is a nice back up/bye week guy. What do you think Ertz and CJA would get you for a TE? What about Dak and Parker for a QB?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm really high on Ertz this year. I could see him being top 5 te so I'm going to hold on upgrading for now. I feel like Dak will be serviceable enough so I can keep my depth.

The problem with this though is that Ertz at #5 is only average in a 10 team league. And Dak being serviceable doesn't get you any advantage or is only a slight disadvantage against the average 10 team QB. 

Normally, this would be fine but in a 10 team league I've found that you need to be starting elite options. Weathering the injury storm seems to be less important than creating the powerhouse  team. How do you feel you stack up against the teams with DJ and Bell, starter vs starter?

In a 10 team league, I would say that you are probably somewhere in the middle.  Outside of Julio, you have average WR's.  You've got good depth at RB, but no top line stud.  Once the injury bug starts to hit, I would start to put that depth to use for additional value.  Ertz will be a fine TE for you.  Not great, but he won't hurt you.  

Still some work to do to elevate your team to contender.

I think your QB is fine, but I think you're weak at WR outside of your starters. I think you'll also find Anderson and Howard will be your starting RBs. I'm just not on the hype train for Fournette as I have him rated in back of Cook and Hunt as they are in better situations. I agree that Ertz will be a Top TE this year, but that's not saying much as the TE position just looks weak overall to me this year. 
In a 10-team league, I see this team finishing  3rd at best, but probably no worse than 6th. Hard to gauge though without seeing the other teams, so I could be completely wrong. 
Wish I could be more positive but I assume you come here for an honest assessment.
