I have a free rotisserie league set up on Yahoo. Max of 12 teams 30 man roster

I had the third pick. This was the first serpentine draft I had ever done. I was in shock at how many picks I had to wait for at times.

Agreed. Speed's a real issue too. Might not get 60 SBs out of that lineup.

RPs extremely weak - Hoffman hurt (and old) - Marmol set up man for now - Morrow good chance at being a domimamt clsoer for a not very dominant team.

Thanks for the replies. I really dont know what I am doing other then drafting the best available guys. I am about to pm the commish and ask how to put in a starting lineup.

I see the league says we start 3/30/09 but I assume this is wrong unless they are using ST games.

Yeah, I just used the start of 3/30.09 as a small ploy to make sure guys get active with their teams early on. Of course the season doesn't really start, first game, until 4/5/09.I'm the commish and missed the damn draft Fell asleep as I was up half the night sick and forgot to set my alarm for the draft, so no one to blame but me for my subpar -### looking team. My hope and luck will lie in the waiver as guys start to pop up outta nowhere.I'll still be competitve as I don't wanna ebd up in the cellar.I'd say for your first serpentine draft you did fairly well.I think there's a lot worse teams than yours in the league,namely mine. I'll make up ground during the season. I'd have to agree what was said about your RP's as they seem to be a little weak, but hey, you can bet someone will jump up on the waiver wire and be a productive closer. Just gotta keep your eye open. I ain't tellin' that to anybody else in the league, they'll have to fend for themselves. Still, we're gonna get some tough competition from a lot of guys in the league. There's a couple I don't know so I'll have to wait and see how they respond.If they're slackers and don't stay active with their teams and do what I feel is necessary for us to be a competitive league, just like a homerun, they're outta here!! Yet, I'd say you did a pretty good job of drafting and you should be happy with your team as they'll be productive for you. You'll get more into it as the season rolls on
