I didn't make the scoring and I don't agree with it, but I can live with it

What should I do with my team and what do I need to work on?

Seems the scoring system is heavily-favored towards power-hitting lineups, and you have a bunch of jackrabbits on your squad who are going to scamper around the basepaths. Those are a nice 2pts per swipe, but it looks like you could really use some more power.

Especially if your two power sources, Sheff and Matsui, spend any time on the DL.

Your rotation is strong at the top end and questionable as you get deeper. Me thinks you could afford to insert Broxton, get his strong peripherals and a few Hold categories, and then trade away some Saves and SBs for more power numbers to improve the offensive scoring.

Then, use the waiver wire to pick up SP help at the bottom end of that rotation.

Otherwise, I'd say it's a strong, competitive team just on the face of it (without crunching any numbers).
