Oxygen toxicity is prolly the most serious concern, and of course there's the potential for pressure related complications due to barotrauma(popping eardrums, "the bends", stuff like that).I'm certainly no doctor/expert, nor do I play one on TV, but read up on it once upon a time. What I recall was that most of the potential for complications can be significantly mitigated by making sure the techs/docs administering the treatments know WTF they're doing.
