Probably not. I'm sure this guy won't be able to step in and play the way McNair would be able to.

No, it doesn't.
It does, however, give a real QB prospect to Baltimore. I'd keep an eye out if I were a Baltimore fan. Olson became something special this season, and did so without much WR talent around him. He had one of the best passing years in the nation, and his deep ball was completely out of this world this year, even against Pac-10 defenses which are accustomed to seeing the long ball.
Drew's going to get a real shot with someone, I hope.
