Ray Lewis questionable (1 Viewer)

Lewis didn't practice this week and apparently had an MRI Friday afternoon. Billick says he's a game time decision. Despite finding time to prattle on ignorantly about Steve McNair this week, Lewis had nothing to say about his injury later in the week.

Ravens | R. Lewis could miss Week 11 - Mon Nov 13 4:03:00 p.m. CT 2006 (KFFL) Jamison Hensley, of the Baltimore Sun, reports Baltimore Ravens LB Ray Lewis (back) did not play in Week 10 and could miss a second consecutive game due to a deep bruise to his back. If Lewis were unable to play in Week 11, LB Dennis Haley would make his first official NFL start in his place.
Doesn't sound good for Ray Ray again

I forget the source but I read Ray-Ray was gimpy after last week's game and was essentially day to day.

The early week game sucks as I really need Lewis this week.

Any late breaking news from the FBG community would be appreciated here. TIA

From Fox Sports

Ray Lewis - #52 - Linebacker - 6'1" - 250lbs

News: Ray Lewis (back, knee) reportedly looked "gimpy" after last Sunday's win.

Impact: The Baltimore Sun speculates that Lewis could be limited this week against the Bengals. Jarret Johnson may see more action at linebacker. (Wed. Nov 29, 2006)

Gimpy or not, it looks like he participated fully in practice Tuesday and Wednesday. There's been no indication from the local media that he's not ready to go. Hopefully we'll get some warning if he's active but likely to be limited in the pregame lead-up.

ray lewis looks pretty fired up and agile in the warm-ups.....i still can go with demeco ryans or ernie sims, so i'm still not sure what i'll do. i also have will witherspoon, and he has a hammy injury, so it might be good to keep one of my reserves to sub in for him.
