Raynaud's Syndrome (1 Viewer)

Anyone have any experience with Raynaud's Syndrome or anything similar?

Not sure if I have it, but I do have symptoms especially including frequent cold/numb fingers and toes.

My doctor cannot find any cause or cure and will not label it as Raynaud's, so I'm at a loss.

Next step is finding someone else for a "second opinion". Any FBGs with insight?

Still low carbing? If so, try carb cycling and see if it resolves. Wear shoes and socks if you're not. And don't rule out ball cancer.

I used to get this on my right ring and middle finger. Had it for many years and then about 7-8 years ago it stopped. Didn't really bother me that much.

My wife claims it.

Probably fake, like gluten intolerance or MSG headaches.

Of course I feign sympathy.

I am not sure getting a second opinion is necessary, as there is no treatment. Though you may want to rule out the ball cancer.

More slow carbing... 100-150 grams per day. Interesting thought, though I've been seeing symptoms for years (a lot longer than I've been reducing carbs)

Was first diagnosed with Raynaud's when I was a kid. Like you I had cold/numb fingers, toes, and even my kneecaps sometimes. I don't think there is a cure/treatment. I was a smoker for about 12 years and when I quit my Raynaud's/circulation improved. But my hands still get purple and my fingers will go numb at times - this happens in the summer too. Pretty annoying.

This is a potentially money making opportunity.

Get a bunch of snuggies but sew pockets on the outside to keep the hand warm and market it as a (wait for it.....)

Raynaud's Wrap

guys I really don't see this as ball related at all. It might be something really harmless, I'll post this in spoiler tags so it doesn't take up the whole thread

**** cancer
