Well I did say "if". Too bad Cincinnati doesn't have the QB or WRs to pull it off.
Again, they’re a scrappy bunch. Maybe someone among Burrow, Chase or Higgins will finally step up and show us something.Well I did say "if". Too bad Cincinnati doesn't have the QB or WRs to pull it off.
Well until we know if Jamarr is going to be on the field, they kinda don't.Well I did say "if". Too bad Cincinnati doesn't have the QB or WRs to pull it off.
Wasn’t there a WR who held out until the last min a few years back and fell in ADP to the end of the 1st/early 2nd then had a monster season?Well until we know if Jamarr is going to be on the field, they kinda don't.Well I did say "if". Too bad Cincinnati doesn't have the QB or WRs to pull it off.
Michael Thomas?Wasn’t there a WR who held out until the last min a few years back and fell in ADP to the end of the 1st/early 2nd then had a monster season?Well until we know if Jamarr is going to be on the field, they kinda don't.Well I did say "if". Trying to remember who that was…
I expect the Bengals to get something done. It’s kinda dumb they haven’t yet.
Maybe - might have actually been Zeke in his prime.Michael Thomas?
I know you're new here, but Zeke is a running back.Maybe - might have actually been Zeke in his prime.Michael Thomas?
lol - yes, I’m aware. I may have been just remembering a holdout that went super late that wasn’t a WR.I know you're new here, but Zeke is a running back
Full steam ahead, then. He's back practicing if that helps any.
I'm sure it's happened. That's why I keep buying up everything the Franklin Mint is selling.Wasn’t there a WR who held out until the last min a few years back and fell in ADP to the end of the 1st/early 2nd then had a monster season?Well until we know if Jamarr is going to be on the field, they kinda don't.Well I did say "if". And Zeke's production has dropped every single year.I know you're new here, but Zeke is a running back.Maybe - might have actually been Zeke in his prime.Michael Thomas?
Yeah, that was the one I was thinking of. I passed on Zeke and kicked myself all year for it. Dude who got him at 11 won the league. He had a very nice year, when he signed his last contract with Dallas, 1,777 total yards and 14 TDs. I believe there was a long hold out too.
Brown will be this year's Achane without the injury lapses.
I am debating the same thing. Considering Irving since I have White or Bigsby.Sadly might be one of my first drops to grab another up and comer RB.
Bengals offense looks putrid, and as others have stated in here, Moss seems to be the lead back.
@RaidersAreOne gets it. Of course hold on to Brown right now. Panic dropping Brown is a mistake. You will see his usage increase going forward IMO and he has the skills to succeed. The Bengals had a bad week for sure, but to panic drop after one week is dumb.I'm holding on to Brown atm. The Bengals O was a mess last week so who knows what the plan is for the RBS if everything is ticking.
Definitely disappointing see the usage week 1 though.
I agree for the most part, but depending on what else is on the wire he hardly seems like a must hold league winner lottery ticket.@RaidersAreOne gets it. Of course hold on to Brown right now. Did not see you post this until just now but I had read it the day it came out and that was the day I stopped drafting Chase Brown.2024-09-04

I kind of compare it to a food I've tried for the first time and didn't like it. For me, the biggest concern was during this last game against the Patriots the game script was exactly what most people who like Chase Brown were hoping for. Playing catch up, passing the ball, 4 and 2 minute offense. But he didn't seem like he was a part of any of those packages. This is the guy who's supposed to catch the most passes out of the backfield and he was out targeted by Zack Moss.
It's week one and all, but that's not the best start.

Not sure if you clicked on that link but if you do you see that tweet is a followup tweet to what Pitcher says about Zach Moss.Did not see you post this until just now but I had read it the day it came out and that was the day I stopped drafting Chase Brown.2024-09-04

Why is that? Is Pitcher known for bad coachspeak?

More like the way DiCaprio did with that door in The Titanic but I'm holding for two reasons. What are everyone's thoughts on Brown? Still holding strong?
I dropped him for the likes of Bucky Irving, Braelon Allen and Samaje Perrine. Not a bad hold though I can still see him being productive. What are everyone's thoughts on Brown? Still holding strong?
Sir, I think you're over your roster limit.I dropped him for the likes of Bucky Irving, Braelon Allen and Samaje Perrine. Not a bad hold though I can still see him being productive. What are everyone's thoughts on Brown? Still holding strong?
It really comes down to what are you thinking of dropping him for? He hasn't shown much but has a path to being relevant. He has shown he can be productive and just needs the opportunity. It would take someone of equal/more upside for me to drop him. What are everyone's thoughts on Brown? Still holding strong?
I'd be looking at dropping him for Carr (I have Daniels). At RB I already have JT, Achane, Robinson Jr, Allgeier, Bigsby and Braelon Allen. It really comes down to what are you thinking of dropping him for? At some point the Bengals are going to have to stop playing dumb and letting Zach Moss truck up the middle for 3 yards. If they go 0-3 I would imagine their split gets closer to 50/50. Than it's really up to him to do the most with his opportunities and start to take over.It really comes down to what are you thinking of dropping him for? Have you been looking at my team?Park and wait. Just like Warren.
10 team, SF redraft I cut him after week one for Jameson Williams. What are everyone's thoughts on Brown? Still holding strong?
Same here. I have enough room on the bench to hold on to both those guys based on talent and potential for a larger rolePark and wait. Just like Warren.
Moss was solid, but yeah, Brown just looks like a big play waiting to happen. They are 0-3. Maybe time to shake things up.Joe Dolan

Cinci D may be the worst in the league. Can he play defense? That would help.Moss was solid, but yeah, Brown just looks like a big play waiting to happen. They are 0-3. Maybe time to shake things up.Joe Dolan
