12 team keeper league PPR. I have Gurley with 1st round value, and Damian Williams with7th round value. Given Gurley's uncertainty with knee issue, who is the better keeper here?

I would have to agree.  Williams is the better value.  If you really like Gurley you may be able to draft him anyway with your first rounder......but no way Williams is there in the 7th.
