Please pardon me if this has already been asked but does anyone know why Steven Jackson was completely left off of the FBG's Official Rankings list? I only ask b/c I was thinking maybe they had insight on something? Also, they didn't mention him in the injury report. Just curious about that.

He's on Bloom's list of projections but listed with a 0 on Dodds' list.

NFL Network's Jason La Canfora reports that the Rams expect Steven Jackson (back) to play on Sunday in Chicago."

Roto's analysis: The Rams are "hopeful" and will test S-Jax in warmups to see if his back can get loose in the frigid Chicago weather. Jackson missed all of practice this week, but he missed all of last week too before playing against the Seahawks. If he starts, he should be in your fantasy lineups as well.

FWIW I live about 1/4 mile from Soldier Field. It's cold this morning but sunny and not windy. It's really a pretty nice day.

(TheHuddle) The Bellville News-Democrat reports St. Louis Rams RB Steven Jackson (back) said the cold weather in Chicago for Week 13 will be problem because it will be hard to keep his back loose.

Analysis: Just like last week Jackson sat out all practice sessions but is expected to warm-up Sunday morning and play. The big difference is the weather, which was a factor in him not practicing this week. With game day temperatures expected to be close to freezing in Chicago, Jackson may be more limited on the field than last weekend.

Based off Jackson's twitter statements last night, he expects to play... said was excited that he was going to play on Soldier Field where Payton played.

St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson has just begun warming up at Soldier Field. Dressed in sweats, Jackson is doing some light jogging and stretching as he tests the sore back that kept him out of practice all week.

As soon as we learn whether Jackson will play today against the Bears, we’ll let you know.
