I'd go Hyde. Both have poor matchups, but with Cam Chancellor back, I wouldn't play any Philly RBs. Hyde will at least get open in some space against NE.

I'd be inclined to agree with the above plus Hyde won't have anywhere near the competition for touches Mathews has.
