RBs with over 300 touches (1 Viewer)

A previous team percentage thread and comments led me to review just how many RBs have or will have 300 touches. Off the top of my head I expected that the list would be fairly short, but the numbers may surprise.

Last year, there were 14 that achieved that many touches:

Alexander 370 + 15 = 385

L Johnson 336 + 33 = 369

Tomlinson 340 + 50 = 390

Tiki Barber 358 + 54 = 412

Edge James 360 + 44 = 404

Portis 351 + 30 = 381

R Johnson 337 + 23 = 360

L Jordan 272 + 70 = 342

T Jones 314 + 27 = 341

Dunn 280 + 29 = 309

McGahee 325 + 28 = 353

Droughns 310 + 39 = 349

Caddy 291 + 20 = 311

J Lewis 268 + 32 = 300

S Jackson, J Jones, and W Parker were all rather close at 297, 292, and 273.

Assuming that nobody gets injured (big assumption with the number of touches listed above), most of the names above should achieve the plateau of 300 touches this season, with the possible exceptions being Dunn, who was close last year, T Jones, who many expect a decreased role, and J Jones who may share with MB3.

FootballGuys current projections has sixteen making the list, all 14 from last year except J Lewis and T Jones, then adding S Jackson, J Jones, W Parker, and Ronnie Brown.

Who not on the FootballGuys Projections do you think will be able to make the 300 touch list and will the number of guys increase as predicted or go down?

The other aspect I think would be a big compliment to this discussion is points per touch. I think we, as fantasy players, skip over this aspect too often. I also realize that points/touch is dynamic and could change each year, but it is a good basis point to measure what the 300 touches will yield.

No predictions yet as to whether the number of RBs with 300 touches will increase (predicted in teh first projections) or decrease?

Seems like a lot of discussion on the increased RBBC committee, but maybe its just talk?
