Every year after trying to get the best RB's first, I try find 2/3 true SLEEPER WR's who may actually put up some numbers. But have to available late in the draft. It's early but here's three that have caught my eye:
Jennings GB, looks good early, Fergie always seems to be hurt, and I can see GB running alot of 3 WR sets with their defense. I think the Packers will be looking to the future by mid-season and give this kid a hard look. Of course you have to hope Favre makes it through the season without getting hurt.
Baskett Philly, I really like this kid 6'4" no real great WR's in Philly(some good ones, Brown) at this time. The kid seems to have red zone target written all over him. Philly in the past has liked to throw the ball a lot. I can see this kid beating out by season end Lewis, or any other #2 WR Philly currently has. Reminds me of a Rookie Matt Jones or ever a LITTLE rookie Randy Moss.
Jackson SD, A kid thats 6'5" with not bad speed, second season with SD, only played in about 3 games last year, but spent time working with Rivers on the side line. Could be some magic between them, once again, big kid which could mean at worst red zone package. Some decent WR's in SD, but cream does rise to the top.
All these guys should be able to be had in the last rounds of most drafts, which is what I am looking for. If you want rip em, have at it, but if you got some good late sleeper WR plays, lets see what you got.
