Received Offer: McCaffrey for 1.2? (1 Viewer)

12 Team, no PPR, start 1 (QB) - 1 (RB) - 2  (WR) - 1 (TE) - 1 (Flex) with K-Def.  Got an offer with McCaffrey for 1.2, with the owner also has Howard.  My team with Henry, McKinnon, Lynch, Powell, Perine, Kelley, Steward (need to move or drop), Gallman could use an RB. 

So, I am asking for ranking of Howard, McCaffery, Guice, Chubb.  Barkley going #1 for sure.

I wouldn't do it and it is hard to rank Guice and Chubb without knowing their landing spots.  I would have McCaffrey ranked #1 over any of those other guys anyway.

Ranking wise for me -  Chubb, Guice, CMC, Howard. 

BUT, so much depends on landing spot and who is ahead of Chubb and Guice. Chubb has been linked to the Falcons. I dont see the coaching staff giving him lots of carries year 1 behind freeman and coleman. Guice has interest from lots of teams, but until you know the landing spot its just a crap shoot.

If you can wait until after the NFL draft I would wait.  Since it's not a PPR McCaffrey takes quite a hit for a couple reasons.  One obvious but the other being not knowing who Carolina will bring in to pair with him. 

If it has to be done today I would pass and keep the 1.2.  If you can wait until after the NFL draft things may change but probably not.

Thanks everyone...  this is my son's team and he's looking for a back.  He has a couple of offers out, one for Hunt, and he's approached me to see if I was interested in moving Freeman.  

I will tell him that the feedback is to "hold".  Our rookie draft starts just after July 4th weekend, so he's got a little time to work his magic!!!

If CMC were an aging veteran then yes maybe. But he is young and the top dog now with JStew gone. In PPR no way do I trade him and even in non-ppr you are gambling on a shiny new toy over a bonafide low RB1/High Rb2 guy. I'd stick with him.
