From my experience, Yahoo will only lock teams on early play days (Thursday/Friday) during the waiver wire periods leading up to Sunday. If this is not true, I will manually adjust the league so that waivers can be completed.
*Continual rolling list: waiver claims are processed in waiver priority order and each successful claim moves a manager to the end of the waiver priority list
**Use these settings to give everyone in the league a fair chance at picking up players. Sunday – Tuesday means all unowned players will be placed on waivers at 10:00am PT each Sunday with the claim period ending at 11:59pm PT on Tuesday. First game of the week – Tuesday means all unowned players will be placed on waivers at the start of the first game for that week with the claim period ending at 11:59pm PT on Tuesday.

$250 has a weekly $100 prize for high score. Prizes paid out after every week via paypal (checks wait until after season). All payouts paid out within a week of league over.
