Redraft Leagues Needs a owner (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a owner in my local redraft league. 12 team league $150 entry fee. This is non ppr our league is going into its 13th season if an owner comes in he has the 4th pick in the 1st rd. We have a few unique rules 1st our draft goes random every other rd so snake 1st 2 rds then random snake those 2 rds then random again. We award 6pts for all tds under 40 yds 9pts for all tds over 40 we carry a 14 man roster starting lineup consists of 1 qb,1te,1k,1def/st and any combination of 5 at the wr /rb pos 6 teams make the playoffs with all teams receiving a payout.
