Reggie Brown ? (1 Viewer)

I know he was banged up early in the year but he has been healthy the last 4 games or so and has fallen the depth chart to the point where he's not seeing any snaps, I dont get it , brown is better then the guys ahead of him(baskett, avant ) and last couple of years has proved he produces when he plays . maybe its something behind the scenes but I just dont get it .

Any one close to this situation that can shine some light on this ??

You definitely don't get it if you think Brown is better than those guys.
i just feel like beside injuries he has performed when in the starting lineup. i know he did not put top notch wr 1 numbers but he is defeinetly a usable asset and unfortunatley lost his job because of injuries . either way he is better then not seeing any snaps throughout an entire game . just my 2 cents.

I didn't even see Reggie on the field today. It's sad cause I think he's talented. Maybe he is a headcase? Always seemed to me like level headed hardworking guy listening to interviews and what not. I can't figure it out

I'm starting to wonder if he is worth a roster spot in a deep dynasty, but have all offseason to worry about it

He is good though not great Wr. I agree that Jackson and Curtis are better than he is; disagree about the others. But Eagles could be auditioning the others to see if they can lose Brown in off season. Not sure about his contract situation. He could still be a decent WR if he goes to the right team. I own him dynasty and won't cut him right away, but he is one of those guys I will watch carefully in offseason and depending on where he goes I will either cut or keep him.

Probably because he was a healthy inactive today.

(Rotoworld) Bucs released WR Reggie Brown.

Analysis: It's never a good sign when you're considered the seventh-best receiver on a team that will start Sammie Stroughter and kept names like Micheal Spurlock and Preston Parker on the roster instead. Though Brown is still just 29, he can't have much left in the tank. He may not find a new home anytime soon.

Reggie Brown? Really? He was never a good WR. I never saw the raw talent. He was just another average WR that could not separate himself from the other average WRs on the team.
