Reggie Bush owners, what offers are you receiving (1 Viewer)

I think I recall a thread similar to this, but I searched and couldn't find it.

If this belongs in the ACF, please move it. However, I believe this thread has merit as it should generate discussion on relative player values.

It's been discussed ad nauseum that Bush hold much greater value in PPR leagues. But just how much more?

What type of offers are Bush owners receiving?

What type of offers would you actually accept?

I got offered Cadillac for Reggie Bush and honestly, I'm seriously considering it. Unfortunately, I also have Tiki Barber and Mike Bell and that would mean I would have ZERO RBs available next week. The time is now for me to get Caddy for Reggie, but I'd pretty much be giving up any chance of a W next week with no viable RBs (I do have Samkon Gado on the bench....)

I still believe Reggie Bush will be an impact fantasy player this year, his team is more stable than Tampa and they can actually move the ball and score! They'll also be riding an emotional high at all their home games throughout this year (not just MNF this week, yes it's the first game, but I think that emotion will still carry through the rest of the year, esp if they are playing well). Neither of my leagues are PPR btw, but I still believe Reggie's value has tremendous upside, but Caddy has it too....

Hmmm.... decisions, decisions....

Cris Chambers in PPR format (for WRs and TEs and not RBs).
And?
I took the deal straight up. I love Bush, but he gets no PPR in this league. We start 4 WRs and 2 RBs. Bush was my #3 RB. Its a 14 team league and Chambers allows me to start 4 strong WRs every week. Need to take some risks to win leauges. I have bye week filler RBs on roster already. Bush would not start over McGahee or Cheter Taylor.

Haha, yeah, just read through that before jumping back into this forum. After reading it, I don't really believe it to be true. Something like that would have more credence SOMEHWERE other than a forum on FBG. Granted, there's a lot of good info here that usually beats it out to the general public, but this "broke" yesterday, you'd think by now we'd have some confirmation...

Anyway, I really do think Caddy is going to be good and bounce back, I actually just offered Ahman Green and Chris Brown to an owner for Caddy and Mark Clayton. He's got serious RB issues and depth. But, sorry, this is a Reggie Bush thread.

Though I'm seriously tempted to go after Caddy, I am really high on Reggie Bush and I think NO is giving him every opportunity to do well in this league. Unfortunately, I don't think the other owner would take Mike Bell for him, haha. I think I just talked myself into holding onto Bush this season!

In a 14 team ppr dynasty league, I offered 5 first round picks next year for Bush and was turned down. They'll probably range from 3rd to 14th overall.

I have tried to deal Bush in my PPR redraft league, but I'm on completely different wavelengths than most of the people there. Bush is a top 10 RB in our league, yet people are offering retaded trades such as "Santana Moss for Bush" giving rationalization such as "That's WR2 material in trade for RB2 material. Totally fair."

Additionally, most people in my league think his performance thus far is a fluke. They think his numbers will decline and he'll be inconsistent. That's their rationalization for low-balling him, anyhow. So I'm hanging on for now.

Cliffs: Most people in my league would be considered as pretty bad FF analysts.

I was offered: Jordan/Bolding for Bush/Coles

I'm thinking about it. Right now Bush is my #3RB and that's what Jordan would be for me.....am I crazy who knows.

I recently traded for Bush in a 7 player keeper league, giving up Gore & Antonio Bryant. No ppr, but bonuses for long TDs. Pretty deep at RB (LT, Ronnie Brown, Lamont, Turner) so I can wait a year or so for him to hit his stride.

[dynasty] ppr

i offered caddy/walker/evans for bush/2007 1st (probably top 3 pick) and got shut down.

im super deep at wr (walker was my wr5, evans wr6).

In a non-ppr 5 player keeper league I offered Chad Johnson and Willie Parker for Reggie Bush. It was rejected. The guy told me the only player on my team that he would trade Bush for is LT.

New 12 team dynasty ppr, I gave up Bush, Chad Johnson, and Volek for LT2, Turner, and Chad Jackson. This trade was done in July after our initial dynasty draft.

As you were the one trying to get Reggie, I'm not surprised you were shot down. That's not a good deal.

I don't think I would have made that trade if I had had your team.

Non-PPR, redraft

traded: Bush/Delhomme/Rod Smith

for: J. Jones/H.Ward/D. Brees

without getting PPR Bush's sched over the next 8 weeks forced my hand (ATL, at CAR, TB, PHI, bye, BAL, at TB, at PIT)

wouldn't have done it obviously if it wasn't a redraft
