i was so looking forward to this match up for our championship game, but bush's knee and pierre's emergence worries me. i know he's been rusty coming back. but, watching the chicago game, bush was running well and getting yards before he tweaked his knee and sat out a half.

does anyone have any info regarding bush's status for Week 16. even with pierre, if bush is healthy, brees will still throw a ton (is he still in reach of marino's record?) which means bush could still be productive and at least get 100 combined yards if not a TD.

(TheHuddle) The Biloxi Sun-Herald reports New Orleans Saints RB Reggie Bush (knee) may sit out the team's final two games with a knee injury.

Analysis: With the Saints basically out of playoff contention, it'll be interesting to see how the rest of the team reacts. Most people thought Detroit's best chance at a win would have been the week before last against Minnesota. With a potentially dispirited Saint team coming to town, however, this might be their best shot after all.
