Reggie Wayne Injury on SNF (1 Viewer)

"Reggie Wayne left Sunday night's loss to the Chargers with an undisclosed injury after a hard fall late in the game, according to the Indy Star."

Anyone have any updates to this? I didn't watch the game so I didn't see if he left for the locker room early or if he just took it easy the rest of the night. Anyone care to speculate if he will play this weekend?

All I remember them saying is that he was "shaken up". At the time I thought it was mostly his pride that was injured, having dropped so many passes. There could be a physical injury I guess, but I don't remember him limping or holding any body part except his head in disgust.

Good call! Wayne was so focused on selling the penalty (complete with throwing arms into the air) that he forgot to finish the play.He took a flop, plain and simple.

It looked like he landed on the ball with his ribs. He probably just got the wind knocked out of him, but it could be a cracked rib or something. Unfortunately, the Colts aren't very forthcoming with injury info, so it may be hard to know before this week's game; but if I had to guess, I'd say that it didn't look too serious.

His pride and vijjayjay were hurt, as he got punked all night along with ther rest of the wussified Colt receiving corps. Just needs to rub a little of that greasy salve he has on his fingers on where it hurts - he'll be fine..

Please keep your snide comments to yourself and get off your high-horse. My guess is that you guys play in a PPR league, which I, and many others, don't. In my league, he's ranked 20th.And even using my leagues scoring system, FBGs consistently put him in the top 10 every week. He hasn't been a WR1 going back to last year.
