Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne sustained a knee injury late in the first half after a short reception that set up a Colts touchdown.
Wayne caught an eight-yard pass from Manning on 3rd-and-2 from the Giants 10, and he remained down for several minutes after a hard hit by linebacker LaVar Arrington.
Wayne returned shortly thereafter.
“It’s football,” Wayne said. “You know how it is. When you get dinged up, you’ve got to bounce back.”
