On the RB Adrian Peterson fumble in OT that ultimately led to Chicago's game-winning score, coach Brad Childress said he thought that Chicago CB Zackary Bowman grabbed Peterson's facemask. Replays show that Childress is right, and that the refs missed the call.

There were a bunch of bad calls last night.

There was a blatant (and I mean two hand shove BLATANT) block in the back on one of the Bears' long returns.

And the holding call on Brinkley near the goalline was horrible. He had the back of his hand to the guys jersey just to track him and he got flagged.

Still not the reason they lost.

It was quite clear on the slo-mo replay last night and I was kind of surprised nobody on the MNF crew mentioned it (though maybe I shouldn't have been).

not to mention the big time PI on Rice on the sideline in the 3rd qtr I think...

whatever, it is what it is...I dont like blamiong the refs, we had chances...

If Peterson doesnt fumble there Minnesota wins the game, that Im fairly certain of....but he did and we lost...oh well...

Dont give me this crap. Watch a game and you will time after time calls are missed.

Point blank I say in replays from the MN/GB Monday night game 3 hands to the face on MN O-line that night. Not one of them was called.

How did that facemask allow Vikings best CB to get beat by a Bears WR?? Game should have never been that close, Bears let them back in for some reason. Vikings fans should be worred, that O line doesnt look like the same from early in the year.

I think Childress should spend more time worrying about what a playoff contending team is going to do them if they play at this level again.

Did that cause the fumble?

Sorry, but that missed call changed the outcome of the game. WHEN bad calls occurr are more important than how many bad ones there might have been in the game. I saw it, and I don't think Peterson fumbles without the facemask pull. Turnovers win games. That's a fact. The facemask if called would have enhded the play, no fumble. Looked to me like Minny was driving to win the game.

I have no dog in this fight... just the way I see it.

if the flag is thrown it doesn't matter. That said favre could have gotten a delay of game for spiking the ball at the end also....
