Unless you're seeing something more recent, here's the latest I'd heard on Hill (from Rotoworld)

 

Despite being listed as questionable, ESPN's Bob Holtzman reports Jeremy Hill (knee) is expected to start Saturday night's game against the Texans.
Hill went from no practice on Wednesday to limited practice on Thursday, followed by a full practice on Friday. That kind of trend usually indicates a player is going to play. Hill will be a volume-driven RB2 option against a stout Texans run defense. Rex Burkhead will continue to serve as Hill's change of pace. Dec 23 - 3:06 PM

I have Hill as well but not Farrow, I'd go Burkhead if no Hill, but I have no idea if Hill plays, could be wise to stay away from Bengals with no Eifert, no Green
