Please help, I think I like this trade since my pitching staff isn't that strong anyway and then I could load up in the offensive categories, and I think I have enough steals in the lineup anyway to go to the small downgrade in that department from Reyes to Hanley.

What he said. Hanley obviously > Reyes and Baker could easily > Volquez. You won't have enough speed but I'm not convinced you do now either.
