We have a thread for RGIII owners to discuss what they're doing if he's benched this week. Seems fitting we should have one in case he's not too.
The matchup is terrific. Atlanta's pass defense is 20th in the league and they're among the league's worst in giving up TD passes. Matt Flynn just hit them for 258/1 (and 28 yards rushing) and two weeks ago E.J. Manuel threw for a TD and ran for another against them. So you don't need to be a great QB to put up numbers against them, that's for sure.
If RGIII remains the starter what are his owners going to do? I have him in a Start-2 QB league and am giving serious thought to going with Jason Campbell and just avoiding this whole mess although I could easily see Griffin having his best game of the season this week. The matchup is that good. Of course, the downside is that even if he starts there's the danger that he could be benched if he struggles or starts getting sacked a lot.
So what are other RGIII owners prepared to do if Shanahan announces tomorrow there will not be a change at quarterback?
