Both of these guys would need Thurman Thomas to get inducted since he has the four Super Bowl appearances going for him and he has more yards from scrimmage than both of them (8th all-time). However, they've had similar careers and Watters has a Super Bowl ring. I think Watters should get in, but Tiki needs a couple more good seasons and maybe take his team to the Super Bowl.

Ricky Watters

TOTAL | 144 games | 2622 carries 10643 yards 4.1 YPC 78 TD | 467 receptions 4248 yards 9.1 YPR 13 TD5 Pro Bowls1 Super Bowl (won)

6 playoff wins

9 straight years as a top 10 RB

13th all-time in yards from scrimmage

Tiki Barber

TOTAL | 138 games | 1889 carries 8786 yards 4.7 YPC 50 TD | 528 receptions 4718 yards 8.9 YPR 12 TD3 Pro Bowls1 Super Bowl (loss)

2 playoff wins

3 years as a top 10 RB

6 straight years as a top 15 RB

20th all-time in yards from scrimmage (10th all-time with another 2000 yards).

I always thought Watters was a lock. He was the ultimate all purpose back, even better than Thomas imo......
:goodposting: Where as I feel Thomas was the better all purpose back, Watters was a close second. Both of which should be in the Hall.

Watters #'s should be enough, ...then I think back to his cry baby antics to get traded and I remember him short arming a pass indicating he is a quiter and a coward about contact. Anybody here still have a link to Ricky's infamous shortarm play?I'm not sure I put a whining alligator arm #### in the hall.
