Ridiculous cbssportsline info.... (1 Viewer)

Fasano was outplayed by David Martin (three catches for 31 yards) against the Texans. Look for Fasano to bounce back in Week 7 against Baltimore, but don't consider using Fasano against the Ravens because their defense does well against tight ends.

Is this a complete contradiction?

a) look for Fasano to bounce back in week 7 vs Balt

and

b) but don't consider using Fasano vs the Ravens

LOL

Gotta ask.......does Fasano have value? Have not see much Miami football.

speaking of blunders, earlier today rotoworld posted a couple blurbs saying chris chambers might return in week 7 and he'd have a definite size advantage over smaller new england corners.

I really don't mind CBS's news service. I don't use it, I just check in from time to time to see what the masses are reading. The majority of my competitors in my CBS league read their stuff and don't look elsewhere for their player info. This gives me a distinct advantage when my competitors aren't getting solid info or clear advice.

The best (to me) is when a team sets their starting lineup by the Guru predictions....what a joke. I'm not sure how those Guru numbers are established, but they always seem way off after, I don't know, the top 50 or so players. I don't think a lot of thought/analysis goes into them.

No. A player can both bounce back from abysmal and not be worth starting. Not saying I agree that this is the case here. Just saying it's not necessarily contradictory.

Picking on sportsline? Why not pick on somebody your own size?

at the TE position this year, it is.

Prelim FBGs cheatsheet in my inbox has Boldin and Roddy White as WR 19 and 22 this week..on their byes.. and both listed as free agents.

I'm obviously behind on some news.
