Ridley or Watkins? 12 team PPR (1 Viewer)

Best ball, we can only have 4 WRs on our roster - right now have Hopkins, Golladay, Fitzgerald, Goodwin

I have the #2 waiver priority in my 12 team PPR league. Going to drop Goodwin as I think he's almost worthless without Jimmy G. Do I pick up Ridley or Watkins? I also have Fitzgerald but figured I'd hang onto him for a couple more weeks to see if Rosen gets the ball to him. Or...should I hang onto my #2 priority for the time being?

What's the rest of your team? Is Goodwin a starter or a bench player? Will Ridley or Watkins be starters or bench players?
