That's what you get with the Summer Olympics held in winter. When I was in Rio most of 2014 I used to laugh (internally) when I went to the supermarket in the winter. Temperature probably mid seventies, I'm in shorts, sandals and a t-shirt and the check out ladies are wearing thick jackets
