Romo choking in the playoffs or some sort of jokes aside, the guy has done an excellent job fighting the NFL about FF. He isn't done. On the radio he still says he wants it in Dallas.
I would not want to be the Congressman that goes against the Quarterback of the Cowboys in Texas. Maybe any other state, not Texas. Romo seems to have the $ and lawyers to at least put up a huge fight here, if not win. Taking on the NFL and getting a restraining order shows some stones from he and his lawyers too.
In no way would I consider DFS done in Texas.
The other side is this event is expected to rake in a bunch of $. Whether it's the congressmen wanting that money or that Jones can't stand Romo making football $ without him...there's a lot of angles where you could imagine this happening in Dallas in the near future.
