MIAMI: Terminated the contract of FB Fred Beasley......

I am not a Fantasy Guru, although if you ask me that after I have had 6 beers, I am. However, one of the reasons I was high on Ronnie Brown was Miami's offseason addition of FB Fred Beasley. Who now starts at FB? Barnes? Anyone know more about him and also what happend to Fred?

"With Beasley's help, Darian Barnes improved as a receiver and overtook Beasley on the depth chart midway through the preseason. Also, Beasley was set to make $710,000 this season. Barnes is a slightly cheaper $585,000 and six years younger."

Thats too bad. Beasly helps the young guy to improve, shows leadership, and then gets cut because of his own help. What a cut throat, cold business...

Barnes is a beast, phenomenal and far better blocker then Beasley. Barnes is huge too but yeh Beasley taught him everything he knew and then got caught. Barnes has always been a favorite of Saban's..
