Several threads have mentioned the rumor about Ricky being dealt. Several teams seem interested. If Ricky is traded, in terms of FF, where would R. Brown rank in a redraft league? How about a keeper league?

Ronnie went for 207/907/4 rushing and 32/232/1 ReceivingRicky went for 168/743/6 rushing and 17/93/0 Receiving..If Ronnie were to get All of those touches next year, that projects to 375/1650/10 rushing and 49/325/1 Receiving. Now I am not saying I necessarily think he WILL Get all of those touches, but as a high side estimate, in a PPR scoring format thats probably fair. so High side top 5. more likely somewhere between top 5 and 10.

Lets remember that last year was the first time this guy even carried the ball 200 times. I think it is highly unlikely(read no bleaping way) that he will get 350+ carries next year.

If Ricky goes, I`d look for #s around 275/ 1200/8 and 35/350/2. With what we saw last season Brown can be effective on any down and has enough breakaway speed to post some long TD`s.

I have Ronnie and Ricky and would love to see them split. If Ricky were to go somewhere I would expect Ronnie to big up big #'s next year.I'd probably say 325 carries = 1375 yards and 35 rec's = 250 yards The big thing for Ronnie would be 14 td's.This kid just looks like he has a nose for the endzone.I think he'd be good for the #4 to #6 rb if he's not splitting time.Yes, he's on my dynasty team and there is a reason for that.

As a guy who owns Portis, Ronnie Brown and Ricky in a dynasty :pickle: Your estimate sounds about right to me, maybe a little high on TDs, but it's reasonable.

i'm watching this situation closely,i have caddy as a rookie keeper and have the opportunity to deal him for rbrown,w/ tb's schedule and ricky possibly leaving, rbrown might be the way to go.. keep the info coming !

Ronnie Brown is Larry Johnson waiting to happen.....well, minus Willie Roaf and Will Shields.....which kindof means he's actually like someone like Ricky Williams or Jamal Lewis waiting to happen....a nice power back with some versatility and speed, when supported by a decent passing game could be off the charts. I think without Ricky in the mix, Brown is a borderline to 5 back. jmho.

Ricky's getting moved. Saban is smart, Ronnie is a stud, Ricky is a fruitcake whose talents were put on display like they needed to be, the draft is around the corner, and picks or players are needed to fill other holes or positions on that club. Miami will not move forward as a SB contender until the move forward with the Williams situation and find him a decent home elsewhere. Itll happen....just a matter of time. When that happens, we will ALL want Brown.

...or gets caught smoking da gunja again...

I smell Kevin Jones/Barlow. You have been warned.
Any reasoning here? Jones and Barlow didn't just magically lose their talents. The biggest reason they struggled recently was the play of surrounding players, particularly the offensive lines. The Dolphins will likely have a better quarterback than Frerotte next season, and their young offensive line should only improve. Why would Brown implode in this situation?

Now I'm glad I have the #1 overall pick in my keeper league. We get to keep one player per position and he looks like a possiblility to be my #2 RB. The draft is still a ways away but I'm kinda liking this.

325/1365/9 and 30/250/1
Ronnie had more receptions last year. Do you expect a fall once he plays full-time?? It looks like you're also predicting a drop in yards/carry (4.4 to 4.2)??
I think the receptions drop because of the OC change, but if they don't come up with some sort of change-of-pace back I could see that being wrong. I think ypc drops when he receives more carries (more short yardage opps).
