How do I bet against Greg Jennings? :facetious:

At least Vegas understands how special Maurice Drew is.

Jason Avant - 12 to 1 odds ??

How is he 12-1 and Williams is 25-1...that seems like a huge stretch. Williams having a big year wouldn't surprise too many people. The fact that Foster has never been known for his durability makes those odds even more curious. Also, I know it's not too common for rookie QBs to blowup but those are some pretty good odds on Leinart and Young. Especially Leinart. I don't think it's too difficult to see Warner getting hurt and Leinart stepping in and putting up some numbers with Edge, Boldin and Fitz's help. Obviously the O line is a huge question mark but if Green can get that area to be effective their offense could be very solid.

The more I look at this the more I think something's not right.

For what it's worth, on actual betting sites things are much different. DeAngelo has the second best odds at 7.5:1 on those sites (as opposed to the instane 25:1 here).

Interesting that these guys (who presumably know their business, since there is money in it), have a very different ranking of Addai, Maroney and Williams than the voting on this site by FBG's.

They have Addai at 5-1, Maroney at 7-1, and Williams at 25-1.

FBG's poll had Maroney, Williams, Addai in that order by a runaway vote.

I can see why different people may see different things for those three. You can make a legit case for all three. The big eye-opener is the odds for Williams. I'd love to hear the reasoning for this.

Don't forget White at 5-1 odds (tied for 2nd best odds) and garnered 5th place by the FBG vote. Of course the FBG vote was for long term value, not for first year production (ROY).

Are the odds posted here actually used in any betting sites? I've checked the standard ones and the odds are very very different.

Had you gone to the link, you'd know that the odds were from Sportsbook.com

Despite your cynicism I did go to the article, and also to sportsbook.com after that where I could not find those odds on the actual site.

Jeremy Bloom even with Moss and ahead of Stovall and Jackson? Maybe but I guess the Eagles got steals in Avant and Bloom.

They account heavily on those that will see the field and be a major part of the offense. Not necessarily on draft position.

Can't win RoY if you are 4th string.

More of a matter of PT. Addai will likely get more PT starting off than Maroney and Williams. Now during the season, who knows? Dillon is the starter in NE for now... but if he breaks down again, Maroney should fit right in. Same with Williams and DeShaun Foster...

The combination of opportunity, scheme and talent makes me like all of these.Davis - start in SF, could get the most targets.

Drew - has a legit shot at the #1 tailback role.

DWill - Foster who?

Calhoun - was that guy in the parking lot Kevin Jones?

Humes - now starring as the new Bettis-type....

CJax - 50-1 and opportunity to fill in for Givens' role.

Travelling Wilbury - 50-1 - Braylon Edwards is out until AT LEAST OCTOBER. Wilson will have a shot at starting oppo Joe Jurevicius. Opportunity, thy name is Cleveland. Ok, that's a stretch, but 50-1......
