I've done searches and scoured U Tube but am not finding much. Any links to good sites with highlights on the RBs likely to go in the first couple rounds? How about WRs?

None of the above links include highlight videos. Just interviews and interactive stat stuff. Am I missing something?

The one I linked, you just click "position" on the middle top, then "wide receiver" on the left side, then pick any player listed in the same left side area. Rinse and repeat for QB, RB, TE, OL, DL, DB, LB, and PKVideos on plenty of the prospects. All videos are pretty clear.Not sure what your problems are.
