Round 2 League 3 (1 Viewer)

I wouldnt say I rocked it. Liked your picks Banker, but watch out for Overton he nailed it imo. Played against him in rd 1 and he's tough.

Makes that pick that catches your eye throughout draft.

Not a big McFadden fan but best at 1.07 and had to deal with bye issues week 8 but I think I covered it as well as I could. Really like the Roddy, Austin combo. Hope it can carry me a few weeks.

Thilled with my TE's and this was a planned strategy, although I wanted to go Graham/Witten only to lose Witten by 1 pick.

Happy with my WR's/Qb's and Def

So so on my QB's and kickers

RB is not a strength. This is the price of starting TE/WR/TE

Got scooped pretty consistently by Clayton Gray once again. I don't see a dominant team, should be fun to see what goes down.

TY Banker - but we will see

QB - Brees & Cutler

RB - Rice, Torain, K. Hunter, KnoShow Moreno (but a value at 19.12), Ringer, & Dwyer

WR - Andre Johnson, Boldin, Jordy Nelson, Manningham, Titus Young, Walter, Cobb, & Knox

TE - Gronkowski, Watson, D. Walker & Fasano

K - Cundiff & Suisham

DST - Ravens & 49ers

It never goes the way you think it will - although I knew I was taking Rice and was then hoping one of Mike Wallace, Witten, or Brees would somehow fall to 2.12 - strangely enough it was Brees

3/4 turn - Andre with the one week off discount and Gronkowski

Went with only two K but both have no off weeks

Ravens and 49ers on DST let me add another TE

I think the team is good enough to be top three and advance but you never know

At QB I'm banking on Tebow, who I'm very high on. I meant to grab a decent QB3... was targeting Dalton with a late pick, but he went before I could grab him. Next target was Moore, but missed him too.

Thrilled with my RB corps. Four of them are currently top-30 RBs in PPR.

WR, not bad with lots of upside at the top - Bowe, Maclin, S. Rice. I though some of the rest (Gaffney, Doucet and Bess in particular) were good values where i got um.

TE... thin here. I was targeting either Olsen or Pettigrew, but just missed. Not sure taking Gates in the 9th was a good idea either, but pickings were getting slim at TE and I needed a lotto ticket.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with it and expect to roll out 3 RBs each week.

Since League 12 of Round 1 was essentially the same scoring system, I used those historical point values to set up rankings, and I hope that helped me find value picks that may not be obvious, based on other scoring systems.

QB - Although I didn't get one of the top 5, I think this troika will be ok. I was hoping for Rothlisberger, but he went earlier than I thought. Eli has had 3 consecutive high fantasy point games, and I like some of the upcoming matchups with all 3, so QBBC here.

RB - Obviously my weakest point. Glad I got Gore in the 5th. BJGE should get me some points each week, and Graham will be good with PPR, especially with Blount out. I could have gotten Graham later, but Gore and BJGE both have week 7 byes, so I had to do a little damage control. I like Hardesty as RB4 with all the Hillis contract issues, agent pulling him out of games due to strep throat, etc. Brown will get some points with Addai hurting, and I expect Indy to be playing from behind often and see him in there more than Delone Carter in passing situations. Scott is purely in case something happens with the Benson suspension. Not happy with 3 of them on bye week 7, so will have to hope for the best from my WR position.

WR - I like this group, with Megatron and Jennings as the anchor. Victor Cruz has had some big games lately. Massaqoi and Sanzenbacher have routinely been good for 10 points per week. Baldwin may or may not turn into something. Seattle Mike in the 24th round was a good value, I think.

TE - Seeing how Dodds drafted in the other Ultimate Survivor league, along with the 1.5 points made me value the TE more than usual, and getting both Hernandez and Gonzalez should give me a TE and a FLEX each week. King will be hit or miss, but very satisfied here.

K - Novak and Kasay are both in my top 10, so think these will be fine.

DEF - I waited a little too long here. I was only going to go with two defenses, but decided to add a third, hoping that one of the three would evolve on a weekly basis.

So, the beginning of the draft (picks 1-6) I was pretty satisfied. Lost it a little in the middle rounds, but think I found some value later on. This is my first year doing this league and scoring system, so it has been fun just to try something new.

Been happy with my first couple of weeks. This is the week that worries me because of bye weeks. A middle of the pack finish this week would be fine with me.

Well so much for getting some help from AJ - knew he would miss week 6, possibly week 7 although that wasn't clear - will have gone the entire five weeks with not even having him on the field.

Hopefully can still outlast the hungry pack

You are golden.I am pretty sure that I have wrapped up a spot. Second time to the finals. First time....I finished dead last in the finals.

Overton is in trouble. Pretty sure Captain Hook has first, I think I have a spot unless some teams have huge nights. Other spot is gonna be a battle between Gray, Xpired Coupon, Lakersfan and Gottabesweet. There is possiblity for some movement....a lot is in the hands of non contending teams.

This not official by means....this was just my quick look at where everyone stands.

The problem for a lot of those guys is Pictus Cat who has Peterson and something else going tonight - he can't qualify himself but can pass a lot of teams and take away a point from each of them

Rodgers, Peterson, Harvin, Shiancoe and Crosby.

Its not as BAD as you make it out to be - I was thinking of Peterson and Shiancoe who score almost immediately for him replacing Spiller (0.10) and Marcedes Lewis (1.10)Rodgers only scores when he exceeds Rivers (22.10) but Harvin kicks in at (6.70)Crosby is not likely to help him (-16.80)Still he can take away wins from Clayton Gray and xpired couponIf he goes past 163.35 (starting at 154.10) he will pass me but I can stand losing a win. He would have to get to 183.35 to threaten one of your points, but that is not impossible.

Okay here is the outlook before kickoff

I have 41 (could go down a point or two and not matter

Bankerguy is at 35 (could longshot lose a point and not matter)

Gottabesweet at 33 (assuming his top score holds)

then

Clayton Gray has 27 + (right now 7 to claim 34 BUT will surely lose a point to Pictus and could lose another to lakerstan with Jennings (-8.60) so that puts him Out)

Keith Overton at 32 needs enough to get two or three points by having the GB Packers exceed the 7 from the Bengals

Fun times on MNF

...and there are similar battles in the other leagues

OOPS.....well I missed the Packers resting on Keith's bench - now obviously the PA points disappear but the punt return will be added to whatever sacks & turnovers occur - so bottom line is that he can improve his 32 and thus lock up the third spot

Looks like Pictus will pass me. Jordy Nelson could kill me if he scores a big one.

Overton could still rab some garbage Def TD as well.

Well, I gave it a good run. I was just happy to make it to the second round. Good luck to you guys advancing. I hope I can get into the contest next year.
