I would rather have Coleman and Stafford.
I choose Coleman over Howard because I think he has the higher ceiling and want the upside. If this is for your RB2/3 and just want a higher floor I think Howard would be the choice.
Seattle wants to run and is only passing out of necessity. Detroit will always be slinging it and since you don't care about turnovers Stafford has the better outlook to me.
