Anyone see this public rant hurting Calvin's value?
Roy Williams said Monday that he's "(ticked) off" and feels he's "a role player right now" in the Lions' new offense. Williams has six catches for 95 yards through two weeks. "In Mike Martz’s system, I would have had at least 10 to 12 balls come my way," he said. "Three balls a week, that’s not going to cut it." Asked if his diminishing targets are due to Calvin Johnson's emergence, Williams replied "Yeah, I think so." Roy is in a contract year. And he knows the squeaky wheel often gets the grease.Source: Detroit Free Press
