Hello, I have set up two RTSports unique fantasy football leagues.
The first one is a 12-team "draft masters" contest, in which you do a draft just like normal, but then it is a "hands-off" approach. Your best scoring positional players engage in a "best ball" in which your highest point totals count. In short, your DRAFTING skills are crucial in this league. Here is more information:
Do a draft of 26 players with -----Draft order will be set Kentucky Derby Style, when your draft slot comes up you pick which spot you want to draft from. This will be a 3rd round reversal draft style and the league cost is $65. This is a total points league, best points from each position (QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, 2 FLEX (RB/WR/TE), 1 K, 1 DEF) automatically go in your lineup...
The draft is on Friday night, August 5th. If interested email me at brian.harwood@insightbb.com so we can sign you up today!
This draft will be a 26 round optimized scoring format. Just draft it and the computer sets your best lineup each week!
In a "Draft Masters" style league, owners typically draft a roster at the beginning of the season and then play "hands off". No trades, free agent transactions or lineup moves are allowed during the season. The "best" starting lineup is automatically calculated after all games are played each week.
The second league is a unlimited amount of teams "One and Done" contest. This is not a draft but you pick players each week one time in a "SURVIVAL" type format.
For $100 per team, you can pick any NFL Player to score points but you can only pick them for one game. This is not a draft. So if you pick Peyton Manning in Week 1 you can not select him again for the balance of the season. More than one team can have the same player in a single week. Think of it as a SURVIVAL contest but with actual players.
Regular HFS fantasy football scoring rules apply with no performance bonuses.
Starting Lineup each week: 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF, 2 FLEX (RB/WR/TE)---All players will start each week (no bench)
In the "One-And-Done" league style, all NFL players are available to all teams, however each team can start a player only ONCE per season. This is not a draft.
Rosters do not carry over from week to week. Team owners must establish a new roster each week of the season.
Prize Payouts: Go to the top weekly points finisher each week plus top five teams in points at the end of the season.
If you are interested in joining the "One and Done" contest, email me at brian.harwood@insightbb.com today!
