I originally posted in the ACF about a potential trade I have involving among others T. Jones and Rudi. I got seferal opinion for and against the trade and I go to thinking who is going to better from here on out.

Jones has the eassier schdule but shares carries with Benson

Rudi has the tougher schedule but doen't share and is a beast.

My initial thought is that Rudi is the better back and will therfor score more than TJ making him the back to have on your roster.

What do you think?

Rudi >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Jones
This is my opinion as well but I was floored by people saying they would keep T. Jones because of the easy schedule instead of aquiring Rudi. Maybe I should just stop asking opinions in the ACF.

well, you have to keep in mind that when chris perry comes back, they will involve him in the offense. i learned that the hard way being a rudi owner last year.

How so? Rudi averaged 25 pts/game in weeks 11-15 in our league last year. Perry averaged about 4...and that was only after running for 125 after Rudi had 85 yards and 2 TDs in week 11.

This is what I was talking about in my original post. Are you actually saying that you would want T. Jones instead of Rudi. Tough schedule or not I have to think Rudi is much more valuable than Jones.Let's not forget that Jones did not exactly set the world on fire against such great run defenses as GB, Detroit and Minn.

Dead giveaway. :bye:
Yeah, because without this, I was going to jump all over this thread.Seriously, why does anyone post anythings of substance in the "X vs. Y going forward" threads? Those are all, *all* ACF questions. I don't care how you phrase it, I don't care how you explain--you're trying to make a decision about X vs. Y for some reason, and that's important for your team. Great. But I don't care about your team.

Threads like that don't really help anyone but the original poster. That people feel the need to wade into those thread--and only encourage that type of behavior--mystifies me.
